Step 1
At the north of the east exit of JR Ikebukuro Station, walk out of the station through exit #35,for Sunshine City.

Follow the road, cross the pedestrian crossing toward Lotteria, and enter Sunshine 60 Street.

Go straight to the end of Sunshine Street until you reach the main street.

Cross the pedestrian crossing on the main street (under the Metropolitan Expressway). Continue straight ahead,until you reach to the Family Mart convenience store, turn left, and continue straight ahead.

• Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 11am.
• Luggage storage space is limited, so please make an appointment in advance if you need luggage storage.
• Please strictly observe the check-out time,in order for us to clean the room and prepare for the next guest’s check-in. You will be charged extra for the delay.Late check-out may be subject to a 2000 yen/hour delay fee depending on the situation.
•Grace Yoneyama is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking indoors, including heat-not-burn electronic cigarettes, is prohibited for safety reasons. If you do smoke, please do it outdoor, use the ashtray provided on top of the shoe box at the entrance, and always extinguish cigarettes before disposing them in the ashtray.
•Please cooperate with the observance of manners. If the above rules are violated, you may be asked to pay a special cleaning fee and be asked to leave. Thank you for your understanding.

- 入住时间是下午4点后，退房时间是上午11点前。
- 场所有限，但如果需要寄放行李，请提前预约。
- 请严格遵守退房时间，不然将会影响到保洁阿姨的清扫 工作从而影响到下一位客人入住。这时会额外向您收取 延迟费用。延迟退房根据情况，可能需收取2000日元/小时的延迟费。
为保持公共卫生和安全，请遵守旅馆规则绝不可在房间里抽烟，极其危险。
如果要抽烟，玄关前鞋箱上特地准备有抽烟罐，请拿着在屋外文明抽烟。抽完把烟头一定要熄灭放在抽烟罐里。

- 荷物を預ける場所に限りがございますので、お荷物を預けたい場合は、早めにご予約ください。
- チェックアウトの時間を厳守してください。そうしな いと掃除おばさんの清掃作業に影響を与え､次のお客様のチェックインに影響が出てしまいます。その際、遅延料金を 追加で請求します。チェックアウト遅延の際、 1 時間あたり 2000 円の遅延料が発生する場合があります。
グレース米山は全館禁煙です。屋内での喫煙は加熱式電子たばこも含め危険防止のため禁止いたします。 屋外で喫煙なさる場合は、玄関のシューズボックスの上に用意しております灰皿を使用してください。喫煙する場合は屋外の敷地内でマナーを守って喫煙してください。タバコの火は必ず消してから灰皿に捨ててください。
マナーの遵守にご協力をお願いします。 上記規則を遵守されない場合、特別清掃費用の請求、退去要求をさせていただく場合がございます。ご理解をお願いいたします。
